1. Orders & Custom Gear

• All custom items are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements and specifications.

• Production times may vary depending on demand, complexity, or availability of materials. Estimated turnaround time will be communicated at the time of order.

• We reserve the right to decline custom requests that violate our values, policies, or safety standards.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

• If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description.

• Approved returns or exchanges will be at our discretion and may require return shipping at the buyer’s expense.

3. Training Services

• All training services require a signed agreement prior to starting.

• Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a cancellation fee may apply.

• Training results vary by individual dog and handler. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Liability

• You agree that Hexamus Custom K9 is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the use or misuse of our products or services.

• It is your responsibility to ensure proper supervision, fit, and safe use of all gear.

• Training advice and gear are not substitutes for veterinary or professional medical advice.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, photos, and branding are the property of Hexamus Custom K9 and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

6. Privacy

• Any personal information collected (e.g. for orders, communication, or training) is used solely for business operations and will not be sold or shared.

7. Policy Updates

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
