Refund Policy

At Hexamus Custom K9 we take pride in creating high-quality custom gear and offering personalized dog training services. Due to the nature of our work. our refund policy is structured to protect the time and materials that go into ever order and session.

ALL CUSTOM GEAR SALES ARE FINAL!!
Each item is handmade to your specifications, and once production has started, refunds or cancellations are not available.

Please double check all measurements, spelling, and design choices at the tome of order and upon recipt of the mockup. The mockup is your LAST CHANCE TO MAKE CHANGES. HCK9 is NOT responsible for errors provided by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship defect, please cintact us within 7 (seven) DAYS of delivery with CLEAR photos and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and determine if REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, or PARTIAL REFUND is appropriate.

General wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are NOT considered defects.
